01 Inventory and sales system for record shops and labels
one inventory, multiple channels, no double work.
A webshop is not the hard part, keeping your stock tied to it is. Within ten minutes your Discogs inventory is in your own shop. Anything that is not on Discogs you add yourself, and you manage all of it from one place.
In nine languages, with cross-border VAT and shipping handled
02 — What you get
Everything your shop needs,
in one place.
Your professional sales channel with your customers and your own terms.
Sell your Discogs stock and everything else
Sync your Discogs inventory in real time and add the records that never made it to Discogs: local pressings, second hand, merchandise and sets.
No Discogs account? The shop works exactly the same without one.
Build the webshop yourself
Pick a theme, set your colours and typography and arrange your pages with the page editor. No developer, no theme marketplace, no plug-in stack that breaks on the next update.
Your dashboard, your rules
Shipping rules, payment settings, languages, page content and stock: you set them yourself, in one dashboard. You decide how your shop behaves, down to the last setting.
Commission-free, direct payouts
Buyers pay directly into your own Stripe account, in your own name. RecordFlower charges no commission per sale and adds nothing on top of Stripe's transaction fees. Your revenue is yours.
More sales channels are next
Your stock already lives in one system. We are extending that system to other marketplaces, starting with eBay, so a second channel costs you nothing but a connection.
Built for European rules
Your storefront ships with the pages and settings European law asks of an online shop, on European hosting with an isolated database per seller. You sell records. We keep the shop in order.

European hosting
Your store, your files and your backups run in Dutch data centres, under EU law and the GDPR.
GDPR compliant
Every seller runs on a database of their own. Your data never sits among anyone else's, and they stay yours the day you leave.
Your money never passes through us
Buyers pay straight into your own Stripe account, in your own name. RecordFlower takes no commission and never holds your money.
Backups that have been restored
Every day your whole shop is copied to a second data centre and kept for a month. Every quarter we actually restore one, because a backup nobody has restored is an assumption.

06 — Your store, your audience
Your store. Your rules. Your independence.
RecordFlower gives you a fully working store, Discogs sync, and a direct Stripe connection. What we don't do is send you customers. Your store needs marketing, just like any other shop.
If you're already selling on Discogs, your existing buyers know where to find you. For new customers, your store is the foundation. Search, social and word of mouth are still your job.
You need three things: an active Discogs account with inventory, a bank account for your Stripe connection, and an email address for your RecordFlower account. There is no minimum inventory requirement. You can start with a single item.
Getting started takes four steps and around 10 minutes on average: • Create a RecordFlower account at recordflower.com. • Connect your Discogs account. You authorize this securely, once, and your inventory is loaded in immediately. • Create a Stripe account and complete the one-time identity verification. More information is available at stripe.com. • Personalize your webshop from the dashboard: add your logo, set your colors, and add your business details. Your webshop is reachable immediately once your subscription is active. During the first synchronization your inventory fills up, and your records appear as they are loaded in.
Stripe is the payment processor behind your storefront. Your buyer pays into your own Stripe account: you are the merchant of record, your business name appears on your buyer's statement, and your country sets the rates. You create a Stripe account once and complete the identity verification. That is a standard Stripe requirement for all sellers. More about the verification steps is available at stripe.com.
Yes. You can try RecordFlower for 14 days, with access to all features of your chosen plan. We ask for your payment details at the end of the trial, not at the start. If you do nothing, your subscription starts automatically at the plan you selected. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
We email you before your trial ends. If you take no action, your subscription starts automatically at the plan you selected and is billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; see 'Can I change or cancel my subscription?' for the notice period. If you stop, you have 30 days after termination to download an export of your data. After that, personal data is deleted or anonymised, except for invoice and financial records, which we are required to retain for seven years under Dutch tax law.
Yes. You manage all your webshop's settings through your own dashboard, from colors and logo to shipping costs and user management. Everything is configurable and saved immediately. You don't need any technical knowledge.
